Licensing and Registration

This commercial product requires a license. Users must register with:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company name

These details are stored in sales systems to facilitate welcome emails and product updates.

Data Collection Practices

Sheet Sync collects two types of information:

1. Usage Analytics: Anonymized patterns showing which features users engage with
2. Application Logs: Generic logs monitoring JIRA API integration performance, used for debugging and improvements (no user information included)

Data Protection

• Sheet Sync does not access or store sheet contents
• No personal information is sold, traded, or rented to third parties
• The addon respects user privacy regarding spreadsheet data
